To make the home and truck deliveries run smoothly, our customer Petro-Center has chosen to integrate the delivery tool Grizzli in the Petro-Center headquarters and trucks.
Petro-Center, who is the official distributor of Esso and Mobil products in Luxembourg, has more than 20 stations in Luxembourg but also specializes in the transportation of fuel, gas and oil.
To make the home and truck deliveries run smoothly, they have chosen to integrate the delivery tool Grizzli in the Petro-Center headquarters and trucks. Grizzli is a product of Deliver Up (part of the French family holding company ALMA Group and specialized in engineering and service activities in the oil and gas sector).
Integration with ICASA Suite
‘The project is near completion’, Martine Thijs – Global Strategic Accounts at ICASA Group – explains. ‘We’ve established the additional integration for the Petro-Center distribution department to allow deliveries to be sent from the ICASA Suite to the tablets in the trucks. The drivers can handle these orders and send the status back for further administrative handling of the deliveries.’
Manage and optimize our deliveries
‘It is important for us to schedule and follow up on all our deliveries in a well-organized way’, Steve Omes (Sales & Office Manager of Petro-Center) illustrates. ‘ICASA offers us the possibility to interact with our central management system and allows us to manage and optimize our deliveries in a user-friendly way. The last step in the process we’re going through is integrating the functionality of invoicing from the trucks.’
