Our very own Sven Renders, the driving force behind eMobility at ICASA Group, has graced the stage as a panellist at this year’s IFSF Annual Conference.
On 14-15 November we were present at the IFSF Annual Conference, where Sven joined the EV panel discussion, together with Dover Fueling Solutions, ChargePoint and IFSF. The 30th anniversary of IFSF was held at the world-renowned Old Trafford stadium, home of Manchester United.
Under the theme ‘Beyond Forecourt – Mobility in a Data-Driven World’, the event brought together industry leaders, innovators, and experts from around the world to reflect on the past, discuss the present, and shape the future of the fuel and convenience retail industry.
Sven has built up significant experience in the EV charging industry. He has not only consulted for major European CPOs, EMSPs, energy retailers, and grid operators but also played a pivotal role in designing and integrating EV charging software solutions. These solutions are the backbone of operating charging stations, managing cards, and invoicing sessions, making EV charging more efficient and user-friendly.
Sven shared his insights during the thought-provoking panel discussion ‘Integrated fuel retail and e-Mobility through the use of industry standards’. As electric vehicles continue to revolutionise transportation, this panel discussion, led by Morten Raaby, delved into the challenges and opportunities of integrating EV chargers and payments into the existingforecourt infrastructure processes. And highlighted the critical role that standards play in this rapidly evolving sector.
