Together we fight against the corona virus

MARCH 13, 2020
Together against corona

The Belgian government and the World Health Organization have taken a number of measures to stop the spreading of the corona virus (COVID-19). Depending on the evolution of the virus and the Belgian situation these measures may have to be adjusted on a permanent basis.

This obviously also impacts ICASA. Please find below an overview of the measures we have taken at this point in time (at least until 20/04/2020) and which may be adjusted in line with regulations of government.

  • No external visitors
We will no longer admit visitors in our company. Meetings which have already been planned can -in mutual agreement – be shifted or replaced by an online alternative in which case we use Teamviewer (freely available).
  • No external travel
We will not travel to external locations. Meetings or interventions, which have been planned already, will – in mutual agreement – be shifted to a later point in time or done online/remote.
  • Working remotely
All of our employees work as from today as much as possible remotely, which is for the services we supply perfectly possible. This means however we cannot guarantee that the offices phones will be responded to, not even during normal working hours.

For support questions obviously you can reach us via following channels:

  • All incoming questions need to be registered via our central ticketing system ITOP and they will be handled as quickly as possible. Should you not have an account yet for ITOP, please request this via our servicedesk (Servicedesk@icasa-group.com) and we will supply you with all details.
  • For other questions you can reach us on info@icasa-group.com.

Our systems and mailboxes are monitored by multiple people, which allows us to handle and follow up your questions in the most efficient way. Please describe your question as clearly as possible to allow easy handling. Yet we ask you for consideration should the response time be longer than usual. To allow central and timely management of support questions we urge you to only use the above channels and not mail individual employees.

We do our utmost to ensure a smooth and good service, however without losing the guidelines of government out of sight and while placing the safety of our employees, customers and partners first.

We thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
